There are many steps involved that help us not only provide you with a seamless experience, but also ensure that our work in the shop goes along with no hiccups. PREPARE & ESTIMATE

Once your vehicle is inspected by one of our qualified evaluators, you'll receive a detailed report and a quote for the work involved to fix your car. All questions pertaining to the recommended repairs will be answered at this time. 



AUTHORIZATION & APPOINTMENT

Before moving on with repairs, your authorization is required, in addition to authorization from the insurance company in many cases. If an estimate of the vehicle's worth is required, we'll also work with the insurance company to set up an appointment for this prior to starting repairs. 

BLUEPRINT & DISASSEMBLY

The initial assessment of your vehicle will be reviewed, and then an evaluator will proceed with mapping the vehicle, taking photos, running diagnostics and performing other aspects of the blueprinting process. A repair plan is devised following this and disassembly of the vehicle begins.


ORDER PARTS

Once a plan of action has been developed, we'll locate parts to begin completing the repairs. Quality is important to us, so we use factory parts to ensure that manufacturer specifications are met. 

STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

If a vehicle requires structural repairs, such as realigning the frame, they will be completed in this stage of the process. Our technicians will ensure that all structural repairs meet factory specifications and will also run diagnostics prior to beginning body repairs. 

BODY REPAIRS

All damaged parts of the vehicle will be replaced or repaired, and again, our certified mechanics will make sure that manufacturer specifications are met. New metal finishing and exterior panels will be added, and any additional cosmetic touchups will be completed.


PAINT & REFINISH

We'll sand, prime, refinish, color match, buff and more to get your car's paint job back in excellent condition. Our goal is to make it look as though the vehicle was never in an accident, and the professionals at our car paint shop have the experience to get it done.


REASSEMBLE

Following the collision repair and painting process, we'll get your car in the body shop for reassembly. All parts from the doors to the trim will be put in place with the utmost attention to detail.

DETAIL & INSPECT

At this point in the process, our team will put the finishing touches on your vehicle to prepare it for delivery. A thorough detailing will take place, followed by a meticulous inspection to ensure that our standards of quality have been attained.

DELIVERY

Finally, you get back the keys! When you come pick up your vehicle, we'll have your final paperwork ready to sign, and you will be given recommended care instructions to follow after taking your vehicle home.
